Orange Tree Dream
Eau Secrète is the rebirth of Eau de Bain, which I quite liked, not only because of the purple color of the content. The secret water-water has only been gently reformulated to be filled into the new, higher-priced, refillable bottle format. It's a pity about the purple color, but the playful EdB bottle has now transformed into a more stylish "Flacon-Carre" look, where purple seems inappropriate. The interplay of initially very green orange, fluffy almond, and cuddly musk has remained playful. Fortunately: I wouldn't have it any other way!
After the naturally green-fruity start, the indulgent aroma sets in, the scent becomes creamier, almost marshmallow-fluffy. The almond is wonderfully delicately sweet and adds a gourmand touch.
With a lot of goodwill, one can interpret white chocolate into it, as creamy and cuddly as the scent develops on my skin. Clearly created to treat oneself well, for the tormented little soul. So - just right to gain a little distance from our harsh, cruel world and feel like in a lovely little dream. Not a big spectacle, but does one always need that?

I don't find the new bottles that nice either. The old Eau de Bain bottle was definitely prettier. Somehow more playful.

Eau de Bain was too sharp for me. Is this one softer?

Hmm, I'm really annoyed by Guerlain's new pricing. What am I supposed to do with these giant bottles?
