I know you

The fragrance opens with a light sweetness and I perceive a lipstick note due to the iris.
The scent remains linear and does not transform.

I do not perceive the bergamot and the rose.

I can't shake the feeling that I know this fragrance.

It is soft, sweet, and the lipstick note remains until the end.

The scent strongly reminds me of Candy Eau de Parfum with the difference of a more mature sweetness and a more sophisticated aura.
Candy Eau de Parfum is more girly and sweeter due to the caramel note.

A beautiful fragrance with mediocre longevity and very little sillage.

The longevity is about 4 hours and it is very quiet and reserved in terms of projection.

A beautiful scent but nothing extraordinary or innovative.

In my notes, I actually have a candy vibe too. There's something there for me; not strong, but my nose agrees. However, for that sometimes squeaky sweet sugar shock, I actually prefer the candy. This one feels a bit too serious for me. If you're going to do it, do it right! :-)

For me, there's no resemblance to Candy. Instead, it's a lovely, smoky vanilla.

I can confirm the poor longevity - after 4 hours, it's barely noticeable on the skin. What a shame, I was expecting more.

Since I don't know the other fragrance mentioned, I can't comment on it. But lipstick note? I always have trouble with that term. Even in my childhood, I smelled lipsticks on adult women, and that was back in the mid-50s. If they weren't already rancid, they didn't smell anything like iris. At most, they smelled rancid. In my whole life, I've never smelled the lipstick note that users here describe or desire. Even though I've used lipsticks from many brands and price ranges since I was a young teen. I still do. And the longevity of this perfume is huge for me; it easily lasts 14 hours-which I don’t even appreciate that much. It may be that Guerlain lipsticks smell like the perfumes. They're too expensive for me, but I might just check it out and order one.

That's not true, I do know Candy by Prada. I had an O-sample. And I can't stand it because it has a hint of those notes that the package, especially the little bag, was scented with.
So for me, the two fragrances have no similarity at all, maybe just in price. Otherwise: Rose and bergamot all the way to the long dry down, just as you describe it.
