Lemon leaf butterfly - it really exists
Just a single comment for this beautiful fresh fragrance? I have to change that, because for me this is the summer scent par excellence.
Of course one or the other will notice that we are not dealing here with an extraordinary composition alà Amouage or Roja, but these companies have also not yet produced a usable summer scent. This is much better done by less well-known companies. Sabé Masson for example.
Georges et Moi is for me the lemon leaf fragrance par excellence...and here the lemon leaf is not only sprayed on, but turned and folded in all possible directions. I even believe that a specially hired lemon leaf butterfly was hired for this purpose, this fragrance component is so diverse here. Bergamot and vetiver are also easy to spot for me later on, but all the other components disappear behind the delicate velvety feeling of a lemon summer.
I agree with all those who see it as a very one-dimensional scent, but that doesn't have to be a bad thing. After all, I have exactly one favourite footballer, one favourite tennis stroke and one favourite actor. There's nothing bad about focusing on what you like. And if that's as great as in Georges et Moi, then from now on I have exactly one of my favourite summer scents.
