Citrus without Kitsch
Our friends at ALzD included a small sample of this fragrance with my order of the Amouage sampler today. That's how it's done, and once I've navigated through the countless niche fragrances, I will certainly be ordering much more from there.
About the scent: Finally, citrus is composed cleanly, free from the synthetic impression that one often finds with other manufacturers (may I say "mainstream," as I am on my way to becoming an adept?). It comes across very light and fruity, perfect for hot weather and certainly wearable by women. Unfortunately (or perhaps fitting for the flair), the longevity and sillage are rather disappointing, so that after the top notes, not much was left to detect. You can definitely apply a bit more, especially since the price of the fragrance is not exorbitant.
After I have quite stressed my delicate nose today with four Amouage proposal hammers, "Aqua Earth Homme" comes as a kind of "recovery" even better.
