Funny, I tested that one yesterday too. The opening really put me off, more of a scent experience than something wearable. But when I went to bed, it suddenly turned into a cozy fragrance. Amazing!
At first, I thought, "ugh, this is so not for me," and I was definitely Team Yatagan. But the heart and base notes taught me otherwise. It develops warm, musky-soft, and really beautiful. The top note, though, yikes. You have to get through that first.
