I have no idea if this is because of the new reformulation but... there's no "waffle cone" no "vanilla ice cream", nothing like promised. And plus...is it just me or that perfume is so boozy at the beginning?
At first you get a very boozy drink and after few minutes (maybe 10) it turns into a creamy Rum-Raisin ice cream, I mean, yeah ..."ice cream" just not the vanilla type.
That's not all, after 3 hours the spices overpower everything else,.. It's like leaving all your spices in a closed wooden shelf and find the smell soaked in the shelf. It really fades weirdly.
