Differences between 1-OG formula, 2-this version, & 3-the 2023 re-release
I did an in-depth breakdown between notes/differences between this version (the chiseled "gem" bottle design), and the OG formula from 1999 (over on the Dream Angels Heavenly page).

The most recent re-release ( Heavenly (2023) Eau de Parfum - also reviewed) is an entirely different formula - and to me, it doesn't even smell similar to either Dream Angels Heavenly or Heavenly (2013) Eau de Parfum.

My personal favorite formulation is this bottle design (the chiseled gem bottle pictured here). It's lacking the cardamom that the OG formula has - but as a result, feels more "all-occasion" appropriate.

Read all 3 to see the differences, listed in order from oldest to newest:
- Dream Angels Heavenly
- Heavenly (2013) Eau de Parfum
- Heavenly (2023) Eau de Parfum

Heavenly Dreams
~ Inspiration ~
I discovered this perfume during a sample swap with Cherguia. Before that, I only knew a few body sprays from Victoria’s Secret.

~ Bottle ~
The delicate glass bottle with golden writing is simple yet elegant.

~ Scent ~
Lush peonies combine with white musk, slightly spicy sandalwood, and creamy vanilla to create a warm and slightly powdery fragrance.

~ Longevity ~
On my skin, it lasts about 5 hours (a bit longer on clothing and hair). 3 sprays are sufficient, as the scent can become too cloying otherwise.

~ Occasion ~
It fits well for the mild days in spring, summer, and autumn, also as an office scent. It would be too weak for the evening.

~ Conclusion ~
I notice a certain similarity to "She" by Armani - just more powdery, floral, and not quite as spicy :)
