Like eating Turkish delight in a frilly Victorian lace gown
Super-sweet, powdery, lychee-rose. The lychee is really quite nice on first spray, but it sadly disappears before long to leave behind the soft powdered-sugar rose petals.
It is VERY sweet, which I am not usually a fan of, but it reminds me so much of Turkish delight (right down to the powdery sugar-cornstarch that dusts your fingers) that I can't help but love it anyway. The rose never disappears entirely into marshmallow clouds, which anchors it a little, so for me this is a very wearable version of the super-sweet gourmands that are currently popular.
The bottle is really beautiful (honestly, why I bought it in the first place) but it doesn't really denote what's inside. The dark blue and silver suggest a gothic, inky rose, and that couldn't be further from what Thouq is. Ideally I believe it should be pink and decorated with at least two lace doilies.
I haven't tried Delina, so I don't know if this is similar at all.
