Stuffy soapy flowers
Flowers have always been one of my weaknesses when it comes to scents, as I can barely distinguish a handful of them, if at all. Geraniums? Heard of them often, even seen them, but never remembered the scent. I had imagined something pleasantly floral, and instead received something that I absolutely did not like.
The scent:
Uuurgh,… so this is what geraniums smell like? Really that terrible? I smell an extremely stuffy scent, not pleasant at all and quite unpleasant. But it has the typical stuffy-soapy character of some flowers, so I suppose this must be geraniums.
Fortunately, the somewhat piercing-stuffy scent fades a bit into the background later, and the soapy character comes to the forefront, yet I just cannot bring myself to like the scent.
The longevity is not very long, so the scent is completely gone after 2-3 hours.
The sillage is also rather low, but it keeps wafting up to my nose. Unfortunately...
The bottle is rectangular, tapering pyramidally at the neck and topped with a tall, cylindrical cap. It’s not beautiful, but it’s perfectly adequate. The label is still poorly made and even looks similar in color to some other Demeter scents, as if they were running out of colors. How about a picture instead??
