Mixing the Seasons
A fragrance, completely unknown to me before, ended up in my collection at the last autumn flea market. And a beautiful scent at that.
I couldn't say which well-known perfume this reminds me of, I can't find any.
This oriental floral garden smells entirely unique to my nose and wants to imitate nothing.
At first, the scent primarily reminds me of SPRING, with bright floral and citrus-warm elements.
Especially violet and lilac seem to be at the forefront, neither of which is sweet.
It's as if freshly mown meadows are nearby, wafting their herb-green scent.
A little later in the scent development, summer aromas "sneak in," rose and iris, I suspect, very powdery and almost "dust-dry" like a long hot summer day in the garden.
Spicy and incredibly interesting, "Orient Garden of Flowers" becomes even more so later, as autumnal woody and earthy notes reveal themselves, all while simultaneously showcasing the previously mentioned spring and summer aromas.
In a wonderful distribution that magically draws the nose to the wrist, so as not to miss anything.
Finally, it seems like powdered snow is falling on a crisp cold winter night.
A bright touch of musk lays over everything, giving me the impression that all four seasons have been captured in the bottle (or their scents), and one can wear it at any time and for many occasions.
You won't get "tired" of it, as it is very multifaceted, relatively long-lasting with a medium sillage.
