To me this fragrance is very underrated.
I can see what people mean when they say "looks like One Million, The Most Wanted...", that's kind of same family but Scandal is the Big brother of this family.
Much less sweet, more mature, sexier, darker.
You will wear it during cold days or night time.
It's so masculine and very modern (not old daddy) at the same time.
