Love Generation Rock Jeanne Arthes 2010

It Doesn't Always Have to Be Caviar
I admit it. The bottle doesn’t exactly invite you to admire it.
Touching it is out of the question.
But fortune favors the brave, so I boldly tested this fragrance.
And that’s a good thing, because the contents of this bottle are a gem for the Classique community. In this little bottle, we find a slightly gentler representative of Classique EdT from the man in the sailor look. Not quite as vanilla, not quite as loud, and not quite as "puffy". Instead, it’s a tad fruitier, almost green and juicy.
Love Generation Rock starts with a green mandarin; I can detect crushed mandarin leaves that are responsible for the juicy green note.
The flowers in the heart note then clearly indicate where the scent journey is headed, namely towards a warm vanilla-wood base that is naturally sweet.
The great thing is that the cheerful, green mandarin note holds on until the end.
Conclusion: A gentle panty magnet.
For a small price, a truly beautiful fragrance, reminding us once again that it’s the inner values that count.
The longevity is enormous; there’s nothing to complain about.

This is a dupe for Ange ou Demon; the scent pyramid is almost identical.

Reporting in: tested. Hallelujah, what a hit. As my friend's 9-year-old son would say: Awesome! It's definitely a treat, but not for Fran ;-)

You see, I'm the opposite: I think the bottle is great but not the scent. But I love your comment *throwing panties around me*!

And that's a good thing, we'll leave that sentence to Wowereit! They send you fancy drops and you test something like, well...! Where the nose sniffs! By the way, where can you test this stuff??? A bit blush-inducing.

Could definitely be something for me. But I haven't seen this bottle anywhere yet.

Well, there are definitely worse bottles out there, and as you said, it’s all about the scent. And who can resist a gentle "panty magnet"? ;O))

I've seen it at Rossmann many times and noticed it, but never tried it - always thought: it's for teenagers, girls in their early 20s! I’ll give it a try!

Classique but softer - isn't that missing the key element? Doesn't sound like it's for me...

The world belongs to the brave - that's going to be my motto for the day. (The bottle is really awful. ;))

The magnet says to the magnet: I don't even know what to wear tonight!

The scent sounds really delicious. But the bottle... I already think the original Ed Hardy is a punishment from God. But wannabe Ed Hardy is just unacceptable. That bottle would need a complete makeover.

The bottle gives me an instant color flash, but the comment reads surprisingly well.

Mandarin until the end? Now that's something. A lot of vanilla? If it's not too much, I might be interested. However, I would label the bottle as "Flower of Horror" LOL.
