Lily and Orchid Fight to be Queen
Oh my. Yes it's true, Lily and Orchid got in a big fight about who would outshine who. So neither won, they are both just strong and overpowering b*tches. I have never smelled anything so off-putting and vile in my life. I literally ran back to where I purchased this from and got my money back. I'm surprised Jeanne Arthes is a french perfume house. So far out of her many offerings, the two I've tried have left me kind of speechless.

Well done oriental, good for summer!!!!!
Lovely vanilla perfume, sweet, a little spicy with the orchid note quite intense which gives the perfume a high class character. Surely reminds a lot of Ange ou Demon, even so I like and I am glad to add this to my collection. The bottle is rather simple with the tattoo glove design which is just ok. Overall I am really glad to discover Jeanne Arthes perfumes, which are economic and long lasting. I would wear it during summer where my other orientals seem a bit heavy.

This sweetness is a killer
Another frag that is just too sweet on me. At least on me it is so bad, I feel like gagging. I have an almost full 3.3oz bottle available for swap.

It Doesn't Always Have to Be Caviar
I admit it. The bottle doesn’t exactly invite you to admire it.
Touching it is out of the question.
But fortune favors the brave, so I boldly tested this fragrance.
And that’s a good thing, because the contents of this bottle are a gem for the Classique community. In this little bottle, we find a slightly gentler representative of Classique EdT from the man in the sailor look. Not quite as vanilla, not quite as loud, and not quite as "puffy". Instead, it’s a tad fruitier, almost green and juicy.
Love Generation Rock starts with a green mandarin; I can detect crushed mandarin leaves that are responsible for the juicy green note.
The flowers in the heart note then clearly indicate where the scent journey is headed, namely towards a warm vanilla-wood base that is naturally sweet.
The great thing is that the cheerful, green mandarin note holds on until the end.
Conclusion: A gentle panty magnet.
For a small price, a truly beautiful fragrance, reminding us once again that it’s the inner values that count.
The longevity is enormous; there’s nothing to complain about.

Yes...no...maybe...
Since I have come across this...well, let's say, colorful bottle for the umpteenth time and since I am always happy about something cheaper (still haven't won the lottery), I boldly decided to spray it directly on my skin at Mr. Rossi's.
Wow.
Sweet. Spicy. Loud. Obtrusive. Mhh, somehow tasty. What does it smell like?? Or have I possibly tested it before and just blocked it out??
Oh no, somehow not.
Sniffing again...Not so bad after all. Somehow also vanilla-warm. Or?
What can I say, this went on the whole rest of the day, I just couldn't help but keep sniffing it, because somehow it has something. It's not boring, not flat and watery-sweet; there's some power in it. Is that thyme? Or does saffron smell like this? I can only guess/suspect mandarin, as I don't perceive it as a single note; the rest is too dominant for me.
The combination of spicy and sweet has seduced me before, even when I didn't want to be seduced. Mind you, there's nothing here that I perceive as piercingly sharp; it's more of a spiciness like in deliciously seasoned candies, it reminds me a bit of the spiced candies you get at the Christmas market.
I can't claim that this scent smells particularly noble. But I also don't find it strikingly "cheap."
A bit provocative, it's yet another scent that practically demands to be sniffed while wearing it.
I find the name quite fitting; it can be worn on days when you're in the mood for nothing but favorite music (whether it's rock, that's up to everyone) and feeling a little exuberant. Maybe for rearranging furniture? When you need a little olfactory kick? Or when you're just generally in the mood for "loud"...
I wouldn't necessarily wear it for a literary gathering or a parent-teacher meeting. But maybe afterwards, depending on how the latter went :))
So, I definitely wouldn't endure it every day; I'm not even sure if I would buy it...Although... :)

I'm afraid I urgently need to buy laundry detergent or shampoo or something, and then casually turn the corner...

Oh yes, it lasts like crazy, even on clothes; I can still smell it after a thorough shower. And what I personally find pleasant, unlike many other scents, is that it doesn't change its character when it comes into contact with water. I've often experienced this: suddenly the delicious sweetness is washed away, and only a piercing, nasty undertone remains.

Edit
To reassure everyone who is put off by the design of the bottle: The decoration is just glued on, so you can "strip" the bottle naked. :)

Wow, how good affordable fragrances can smell. The demonic mix of mandarin, thyme & vanilla is delicious, angelic & profound.

The scent smells clean, powdery, and slightly sweet, like an expensive body lotion. Recommended for fans of fragrances like Noa or Trussardi My Name.

Wow, what a scent. Super beautiful fragrance development. First zesty and spicy, then floral and sweet. Could easily be a niche. P/L top, H/S mega.

Fruity/floral start,
then a cozy floral powder follows and it fades after many hours with a soft woody vanilla. Definitely worth a try!

Has everything a good mood summer scent needs. Fruity, floral, delicious bubblegum, not too heavy.

I sprayed the drydown of Adam Levine for women: It makes the scent even more expressive!
Warm, soft, delicious mandarin-saffron.

Spicy, balsamic, powdery, floral, sweet - maybe a bit too much Obsession Eau de Parfum for me - finish.

Angel or Demon has more wood and fizz in the note, milder. Often feels like rice to me. H/S shouldn't be underestimated. Not too sweet, but cozy.
