Oldschool Brett!
Hello dear ones. This is my first review on this platform. And at this point, I'll start from the very beginning.
A friend of mine wore this fragrance over 30 years ago. When I was old enough, I got this scent for myself. It was one of my first fragrances, at the beginning of the 90s. Today, 30 years later, it has become very rare and expensive. Nevertheless, this perfume is absolutely insane!!
The sillage and longevity are very strong for me, just as they were for my friend back then. The scent itself is an old-school fougère. It is fresh, woody, spicy, citrusy, mossy, leathery, earthy. Incredible how much more hits the nose. The fragrance is incredibly well balanced, not too strong. It is simply a masterpiece, like some Gucci or Xerjoff or whatever.
I am very surprised that Straub Wertheim has discontinued this fragrance.
