The Joop! Homme Eau de Parfum is like a deep, mature version of the Joop! Homme Eau de Toilette. The cherry is no longer as sweet, and a hazelnut has been added to the top notes. A definite blind buy recommendation from me, especially for fans of the original.
Longevity and sillage are relatively the same as with the EDT, at least for me. It works great in winter and also earns a compliment or two. However, it should be noted that it also carries the typical synthetic Joop DNA.
I would have to disagree. The terrible Joop DNA is clearly present in my eyes. I took a chance and bought it blind, used it for a day, and now it won't be sprayed again... Unfortunately, a bad purchase; the typical Joop stuffiness is definitely here. It's more tolerable, yes, but it's still just a Joop...
