I am from the decade and part of the world, when/where Kappa was one of the trendy brands. The cool kids wore sweatshirts in strong colours with the famous logo, the couple situated sitting back to back. I did not wear these sweatshirts. My parents pretty much decided what clothes I wore, especially my mum, since they were the ones who paid for them. And even though my mum listened, she still had to think financially. She bought the clothes for me and my brother.
I wanted to wear the nice clothes, but I also knew that my mum could not afford it. So for some years a Kappa sweatshirt was permanently on my wish list for Christmas and my birthday. I had to wait until I earned my own money, though, and at that time my style had changed severely, and I now went to flea markets to add to my wardrobe.
Kappa Rosa is not a very good fragrance. No matter how many times I try it I get the feeling that this is a low quality product. I do not like the bottle and I do not like the smell. I am happy that it did not cost me a lot - like the sweatshirt would have cost my mum. It is not worth it.
