A Bargain? Definitely, but not for me
Every now and then, the sale baskets in front of stores magically draw me in to see what else is discounted. This time, I was tempted by the shower gels from the King & Queens series. There are three fragrances in this series - one of them is Queen Sheba.
Upon first spray, I initially smell a very strong watery, not very sweet melon. What I have in my nose would certainly make a nice decoration, but unfortunately, it’s not a juicy piece of melon to bite into with pleasure. To be honest, I don’t smell any of the mentioned flowers - for me, a strong tuberose note develops, which is very similar to Juicy Couture. In the base, there is a faint hint of a more than delicate vanilla, a touch of sandalwood if you know to look for it.
Not a candidate for purchase for me - but those who like Juicy Couture might want to give this scent a try.
Longevity on the skin is really good for this price (Currently on sale at the turquoise for €9.95/100ml)
