Funny enough, I just cooked fresh beets today, so I have a direct comparison in my nose. I鈥檒l stick my neck out and say "vegetable garden yes, beet no." On my skin, it smells like damp topsoil, a bit green. I鈥檒l eat my broom if that鈥檚 just from the vetiver; there has to be patchouli in there...
