A thoroughly successful Freshi
I think Amour Brut is quite successful. Although I have to admit that I wasn't completely convinced by it.
At first I thought it was so-so. Now I like it much better, but I'm still a bit conflicted.
As I can see, the Amour Brut is compared with the Isola Blu from Roja. I can understand that in part, but there are still noticeable differences for me. For example, I find that the lime in the Isola Blu is much stronger. Here in Amour Brut, I find the bergamot to be the strongest part of the top note.
I also find the Amour Brut to be a tick spicier, more tart and also slightly peppery.
It also has a tart shower gel character for me.
Over time, the floral notes come into play a little.
They give the fragrance a certain depth again.
The oakmoss listed in the base, as well as vetiver and patchouli, are also already apparent to me. Vetiver and oakmoss in particular are recognizable and become more intense over time.
The fresh impression then fades more and more.
All in all, it's a beautiful fragrance, but it doesn't manage to completely satisfy my taste.
I found the Isola Blu to be much nicer when you compare the two.
In terms of price, however, it is of course in a different category.
By the way, compliments are indeed given, which I honestly would not have expected here. The Amour Brut seems to go down really well. I have received three compliments within a short space of time
Crazy sometimes...

A beautiful, elegant summer fragrance
Burlington 1819 is one of those fragrances that just makes me feel super good at all times. It's a really nice scent for the summer that exudes a certain seriousness and elegance.
Especially at the beginning we get juicy citrus...

A citrus mix bedded on maritime, ozonic, salty accords
Sex Sea starts with a mix of different citrus fruits.
This combination harmonizes perfectly, is refreshing and comes across as quite "juicy" and delicious.
The bergamot comes across nicely, along with some grapefruit...
