Nivea-Deluxe

It was the infectious enthusiasm of "Ichbins" that brought this fragrance to my attention. Somehow, I never really noticed the brand in stores, and the rather mediocre Black Oud didn’t exactly boost my motivation to try more scents.
However, since I always find fresh, clean laundry scents appealing, I had to get a sample, especially since they always hide the tester at Breuninger!
After the first spray, a pleasantly scented cloud reached my nose. Fresh, clean, and very creamy. It's like mixing L'Eau Serge and Universalis Forte and then pouring in a bucket of Nivea cream. It could also be a fabric softener "Sensitive." An extra dose of white musk and the obligatory lily of the valley. The lily of the valley combined with the iris gives the fragrance a slightly powdery appearance, yes, even a little bit cloying... as if a whole lot of orange blossoms were in there.
That's all nice and lovely when the bedsheets smell like that on the first night... great... but as a perfume... hmm... I don't know... it doesn't really blow me away. The fragrance lacks that certain something, that "aha" experience, because there are so many scents in this direction now, and for me, Serge Lutens was the pioneer... whether it really takes 16 years for that is another topic.
Chemise Blanche will primarily appeal to (delicate) women who already loved Blanche, Aqua Universalis/Forte, Vitae Forte, L'Eau Serge, Eau Froide, Laine de Verre, and many more. Of course, it can also be a nice contrast within a collection where heavy, sweet, or oriental scents usually dominate. I always enjoy testing such fragrances to see if one can get even closer to that very specific scent of clean, freshly washed laundry. However, as a daily wear perfume, it’s uninteresting for me, especially since Nivea-Deluxe costs €200. I’d rather spend an extra €40 and buy White Spirit, which has more depth and is more multifaceted.
Chemise Blanche doesn’t really change much; it just becomes creamier hour by hour. The performance of 6-7 hours is great, the sillage is above average and completely sufficient!

So: it smells just like I remember the Nivea cream in the blue jar (does it still smell the same today as it did 30 years ago?). At first, it's very strong, but soon it fades. Nice, but too expensive.

I expected a bit more from Chemise Blanche (considering the price). Fair assessment.

I like the brand! I found this one a bit boring in its creaminess.

I found a sample of it while cleaning up yesterday and decided to test it soon. I’ll give it a try later - it sounds right up my alley, price aside of course )-:

A whole bucket of Nivea?! Wow, wow - that would definitely be too much for me...

That's true, it's nice, delicate, and unremarkable, but can't even be compared to **NIVEA** ;-) no way. For me, it would be a bit too pricey as a room fragrance because of its cleanliness. And sorry, adding another €40 to the €200? Nah!

I found it a bit too generic and not interesting enough. However, I think the quality is very good. Fabric softener-Nivea trophy ;-))

It's an extrait and 100 ml, and I think the price is perfectly fine.
