					Pssst, who wants to sniff?
Hello folks, welcome to my latest review. Today it's about Hash Intense by LPDO. Well,… Hash or Cannabis then. Something that is not particularly favored by lawmakers and yet seems to be known or at least tried by many :D
Especially during school and/or university, you often come into contact with it, whether you try it yourself, enjoy consuming it, or simply walk through clouds of smoke with the distinctive scent when someone nearby has rolled something to smoke :D
Either way, this scent is usually unmistakable and therefore quickly identifiable. However, I often had my difficulties with scents, but fragrances are not supposed to smell like grass, but presumably like the "essential oils" of the plants, which probably smell a little different, right? Be that as it may, regardless of whether one enjoys consuming such things or prefers to stick with perfumes, I think both bring a lot of joy and fun to people, which would also explain why people here on Parfumo have this scent from this brand the most in their possession, if I’m not mistaken :DDD
So then, let’s consume… uh he he, let’s sniff away!
**The scent:**
So, the scent starts with… well, what is it really? It’s a peculiar note, but I’m not sure if it actually smells like cannabis. To me, the top note smells like a mix of cough syrup and camphor, which is also a medicinal-scented note and somewhat reminiscent of eucalyptus.
A little later, the scent remains as described, but it becomes a bit softer, which might be due to the indicated resins. In the background, there are woods, but they still have a rather weak scent.
Only after a little while do the woods become a bit more intense, and then you gradually start to smell the oud. And those are basically the main scent notes that remain until the end, as you can best smell the oud in the base. Along with a bit of incense. Tobacco could be perceived a little in between, but I couldn't find any coffee at all.
The scent is quite okay, but for me, somehow in the end, nothing special, because it mainly smells like oud.
**The sillage and longevity:**
The sillage is… peculiar. You could easily overdo it with the application here. Because it’s one of those scents that somehow doesn’t come across as particularly strong from the start, but others could smell the scent quite quickly from the other end of the room. Therefore, the sillage is good and also stronger than one might think.
The longevity is also good, it remains pleasantly noticeable on the skin for about eight to ten hours.
**The bottle:**
The bottle is covered with a checkered pattern embedded in the glass, with the individual rectangles of the pattern alternating between raised and recessed, creating a great look and surely also a nice feel. The label is black and has been placed on a depression, the cap is cylindrical and gold-plated. A beautiful bottle.
**Conclusion:**
So… first of all: If anyone hoped that this scent would have an intense hash or cannabis note like one might know from various smoke clouds, then I must disappoint you, as the scent did not smell like that to me at all. As I said, you smell a more medicinally reminiscent plant, and no, that is certainly not the scent of the so-called "medical cannabis prescriptions" :D
Presumably, you smell the essential oils of the plants themselves, but they smell, as mentioned, like a mix of camphor, eucalyptus, and slightly sweet cough syrup.
Overall, the scent doesn’t smell too bad; you just shouldn’t have any false expectations, at least in my opinion. It could also be that I’ve forgotten what cannabis smelled like after all this time, as I never really consumed it and only knew it from smoking classmates nearby :D
But as I said, the scent is okay, but it’s not a knockout and certainly nothing novel. In the end, it smells a lot like woods like oud, and that’s about it.
The scent is neither fresh nor really heavy, although it might lean a bit more towards autumn. Therefore, I would say that the scent is especially suitable as a daytime fragrance or rather for leisure in spring and autumn.
By the way, I still need to say a few short sentences about the fragrance liquid. I don’t know if it was due to my sample or if the fragrance liquid is indeed that extremely dark, but when spraying, I actually had dark spots on my skin, as if ink had spilled on my arm, of course not quite that extreme, but you could definitely see the sprayers quite well. So… if it’s not due to the sample and this is really the case, then I would especially be careful not to spray it on clothing.
Well, and that’s it again. I wish you all a nice evening, see you next time.

Maybe it wouldn't hurt to have a little medical cannabis placebo in the form of perfume?
Great and funny description as always!
You can really imagine the scent, but you don't need to have it. Those days are long gone - at least for my former classmates. ;-)
Great comment, enjoyed reading it!
I still remember how cannabis smells quite well from my wild youth.
Lady Cannabis by Birkholz has a component that subtly smells like good weed.
