Clearly roasted pistachio + intense salted caramel note, fading into a powdery-creamy peach + coconut water note. Good sillage.

I'm skeptical about coconut...

I don't find it salty or smelling of caramel (which doesn't fit the concept of L'Erbolario), nor does it smell like coconut. I recently bought a travel bottle. I find it very green and dense, nutty; actually, I think it's a more natural and lighter version of Cacharel's Eden.

Pistachios can be interesting.

Sounds to me like an opulent sundae.

Probably not my style, but the brand always offers a decent price-performance ratio.

Pistachio would be fine for me, but I have to pass on coconut and salted caramel.

I don't smell either salt caramel (that doesn't fit the concept of L'Erboralio) or coconut. But I do get a nutty scent; see my response under Pluto.
So it's not a gourmand either, it's too green for that. It lacks a hint of a bitter-citrusy antagonist. Yes, that's what's missing for me in this fragrance.

Unfortunately, it smells too edible for me...
