Gourmand but Different
The scent is a fruity-floral gourmand that doesn't smell like something edible, but rather makes the wearer appealing to others. At least in my experience. A compliment magnet! It is pleasant, like most of Lancôme's offerings, doesn't offend, but one must be careful with the dosage, as the scent has a bombastic sillage. The longevity is also better than what I am used to from designers and especially how I like it with such syrupy, sticky scents. Even after days, the smell clings to clothes, and it lasts several long hours on the skin. All in all, the scent is suitable for people, as dear Leniscents would say, young people (excluding me), who enjoy super sweet fragrances.
It mainly develops linearly, with a slight dark undertone in the base, which is probably due to the patchouli.
Unfortunately, not for me, but definitely for many people who simply want something sweet.

I feel the same way as you do. I can't understand the placement in the top xy (currently around 50, but it used to be better/higher a few years ago), and it's still surprising to me HOW well it is received by so many people; I thought it would be more of a niche taste. Also, I rarely smell it on others, really rarely, but when I do, it’s definitely nice, as you said :DD. For me, it had a somewhat unpleasant pudding-like quality, and I'm quite experienced when it comes to sweet stuff - or something like that.
