Distinct start with cardamom and lavender.
Then a lovely chypre.
Green, floral, mossy.
The lightness of the eagle.
Gentle 1980s.*

I once had the reissue that has long been discontinued, but I couldn't quite imagine how it related to the original; it smelled very 'modern'...

Lavender and cardamom can be appealing, even though I often struggle with the latter.

Yes, that's true, it's extremely tragic that Lancôme no longer wants to cater to men. Such wasted potential.

Gentle eagle, so-so.
I thought it would be a bird of prey with claws and a bite ;-)

I'm totally with you on this one. My favorite men's fragrance from Lancome. Unfortunately, it's becoming very rare. Really beautiful...!

@Can777 How could Lancôme take this fragrance off the market?
We lucky ones got to enjoy it!

Thank you so much, Koma19!
A very nice chypre in the style of Capucci pour Homme, Aéroplane Detaille, and Tiffany for Men.
The opening later serves as a base for the cardamom and lavender accord from their own Hypnôse Homme.
Very classic, very soft, and lightly cool and powdery.
Slightly floral, pleasantly floral, and elegantly mossy.
Unfortunately, Lancôme has turned away from its male clientele.
