The opening feels to me like a sugared iris, close to the LVEB DNA - it reminds me of gummy bears with floral and earthy tones. I had hoped for a slightly powdery musk vanilla scent, but I find Vanilla Nude neither musky, strongly vanillic, nor nude. The scent reminds me much more of a drugstore deodorant aimed at 12-15 year old girls: sweet, indefinably fruity, indefinably floral - although I don't smell any flowers, just synthetic notes that remind me of neither a fruit nor a flower.
But it doesn't mention anything about flowers in the description?! Did you possibly test a completely different scent? I find it very vanilla, with a wonderful musk at the end and no synthetic notes at all. Hmmmm …
Sounds terrible and probably goes in the direction of the new Zadig & Voltaire 🫣 I really don't like that at all! What a shame! I'm really looking forward to my free sample now ☝️🧐
