Successful Blind Purchase
Karstadt had sent me a discount voucher - and of course, I wanted to invest it in a fragrance.
Since I like La Vie est belle and its flankers, I reflected on the new Oui.
Unfortunately, there was no tester available in the store.
But since the flankers had not disappointed me so far, I also dared a blind purchase of the new Oui.
Besides, I like to surprise myself.
I hope for a similarity to the original, but with a certain something.
And the fragrance delivers on that.
The signature of the sweet, powdery original is unmistakable, but it gains flair and lightness from the fresh, sweet raspberry note that pleasantly brightens the scent.
Ylang is enchanting, yet remains ethereal - just like the gourmand notes.
The softly smoky finish is interesting and subtly elegant.
I say Oui to this approachable fragrance that conveys closeness.

I don't like the original at all, but this one totally convinces me! The longevity is extremely good for me..

I just gifted my sample to the woman sitting next to me on the subway, with whom I was chatting-she and her daughter are into perfumes and are checking this out now too :) But yes, it sounds great so far... Raspberry is trendy right now, isn’t it?

I love sweet fragrances! The original and the intense version have been part of my collection for a long time. Recently, Blanche and Oui also joined in. I just adore these scents :)

I found this one particularly more iris-powdery in the opening than the original, which I really liked when I tested the sample! :)
