Tea at the bazaar?

First of all, I wanted to say that I only bought the fragrance because a colleague at work ordered it and said he didn't like it because it didn't have enough power. I got the bottle to test it and bought it directly from him for a small thaler ;-)

As I drink black tea every day (Turkish roots), I know what a good, bad, strong, old or fresh black tea tastes and smells like. What can I say, when I applied this fragrance I thought my tea was ready :-) the scent immediately reminds me of my daily dose of black tea, the opening comes with the tea and a sweet fig. Whereby the fig comes across more subtly than the beloved black tea. The whole thing is rounded off with a certain spiciness. I find that the base notes unfold after about half an hour and the vanilla and tonka notes slowly merge.

Sometimes I drink my tea with a dash of milk, I once copied someone in Turkey and found it delicious :-) The drydown of this perfume reminds me of that, as the tea note with light fig blends with the vanilla note and the tonka. What remains is a creamy, powdery black tea. So if you could taste this perfume, I would say black tea with milk :-)

I think the perfume can pass as unisex as there are many women tea lovers out there. It doesn't have the performance of a niche fragrance but it comes across as much more elegant than a designer. That's why I would classify Liam between niche and designer.

I hope I was able to help you with my review and thank you very much for reading my text ;-)
