Qaed Al Fursan Lattafa / لطافة

Ha, an oriental without oud and without saffron or leather...but with plenty of fruit instead.
It is a little reminiscent of Creed's famous representative, but here the pineapple is clearly in the foreground and the focus. The citrus notes, which are also present, and a sweet and tangy undertone are all rather secondary. The fruit is rich and ripe and dominates the overall experience. Pineapple all in" is available here for a really small price. Even if there are other pineapple fragrances from Lataffa and this scent is certainly presented in a finer and more intricate way in fragrances from other manufacturers, for me this fragrance is a summer and sun scent par excellence. For the price, you wouldn't expect a real "fruit extract" here and the whole thing is clearly synthetic. However, this is not a disadvantage as far as the fragrance itself is concerned.
Why it is marketed as a men's fragrance remains Lattafa's secret, as it seems to me to be really suitable for fruit-loving Danes. When sniffing the scent of a fruit, who looks at who is holding it in their hand...
It lasts, at least for me, from "after the shower" to "under the comforter" and also has a good range. If you spray discreetly (2-3 puffs), you can also wear it "to the office"; if you want to leave a clear impression on a warm summer evening on the terrace, spray more. However, he or she will have to put a plate of sliced fruit at the coffee bar for colleagues to snack on during the day...
You can tell I like it, even if, for me at least, it is clearly seasonal from spring to late summer.
Now if only I knew where the cocktail umbrellas had gone...
