A fragrance twin to La vie est belle? Reading the notes, one might believe so. Instead of praline, there is almond here. But despite the nearly identical notes, it is not the same fragrance. I wouldn't deny a certain similarity, but if Soir is supposed to be a copy, then it's not a good one.
Right after spraying, a strong fruity sweetness hits you. But it's not cloyingly sweet yet, just about pleasant for me. A bit more and there would be a risk of a sugar shock. For the first half hour, it remains sweet, even with quite a strong sillage. Then it gradually transitions into creamy vanilla and quickly becomes quite close to the skin. After 90 minutes, it has reached the vanilla stage and stays there for the rest of its duration. The vanilla smells quite pleasant to me, not exaggerated and not artificial either. You don't have to stick your nose to your wrist to perceive it. In contrast to Exotique, the longevity is significantly better at 6 hours. My overall conclusion: a nice everyday fragrance that doesn't offend. However, you should already enjoy somewhat sweeter scents.
