Who invented it?

“Junk” comes quite close to the famous Swiss herbal pastilles with R, but it definitely has enough character to smell like perfume and not like (albeit fresh) oral cavity...

Lush sometimes feels to me like the Comme des Garcons of the mainstream. Not that a scent like “Junk” seems magically experimental or artistically valuable or even industrial, yet it is far beyond the normal drugstore level in its creativity and interplay of ideas, reflections, and colors, much bolder and more natural. Not to mention the exemplary commitment to animal rights in the beauty segment. “Junk” is a green-herbaceous sweetie, a bit icy, a bit fruity. I wouldn’t deny the phrase “Ricola to spray.” Still, it’s definitely better than it sounds for many, as few would want to smell like herbal candies and a lingering cold. Or like waste, as the name flirtatiously suggests. Both are, of course, wrong and cheeky - because “Junk” is anything but disposable. Much closer to a keeper than to the brown bin. A gentle sage beauty, a cheeky rosemary rascal, a youthful currant.

Bottle: unspectacular, but good
Sillage: very subtle and candy-like
Longevity: very narrow - 3-4 hours, even less

Conclusion: not trash, can’t throw it away. More sensible recycling than a leftover bin!
