It has a wicked side
first clean, soapy, lemony
then it seduces with naughty jasmine
its finish: dirty labdanum

There's an EdP of it that's still being produced? Cool, I'm seeing that for the first time!

Ha, that's quite a statement. I like it-by the way, I also love the scent; I think I'll treat myself to it again.

I've always perceived the scent as conservative... I wouldn't associate it with "dirty." I find it gentle and friendly.

It's beautiful. I found an almost full bottle of Extrait in the original box during a household clearance.

Pure nostalgia! Of course, I remember (my grandma).

The young girls who are grandmothers or great-grandmothers today already knew how to charm back then.. 😉
I really need to test this out finally..

Great description! My mom wore that one for a long time... It's about time I get it for myself.

Great description. I tested it recently too. Unique. Not bad, but not for me.

Not really my thing either. It's just too aldehydic for me. That rarely works for me.

It used to be so nice. The reformulation seems to be good too.

According to the statements/reviews, it's different. Unfortunately, I can't compare myself.

I never would have dreamed as a young girl that I would one day love this scent for itself and not just because of the memories of a dear person.

I think I still have unresolved childhood traumas with my grandma and an aunt who both overused Tosca.

Some say the current EdP has nothing to do with the original Tosca. Unfortunately, I never tested the older versions because my mom always said they were terrible ;)))

Exactly. It's not that clean. And that makes it interesting.

Yes, Tosca is still underrated... The extrait remains unmatched, but the current EdP is still very good.

It's a good classic, but not really for me :-)

By the way, Fil Rouge by Armani Privé is an aldehyde bomb and the exception for me :)

Not necessarily for me either. I always prefer aldehydes on others. Maybe my taste aligns with my mom's?

Puderluderlady…. 🤣🤣🤣 I always picture, let's say, mature ladies when I think of Tosca. Grandma hairstyle and the color old rose.

The EdP smells a bit musty to me. I think most grandmas smell more pleasant than that ;)

I wouldn't have expected this scent at all. I always thought it was similar to No. 5, but I actually find it quite sassy and a bit dirty. In a nice, floral-dirty way. My mom always said Tosca smelled bad, but she never liked No. 5 either. She wore No. 19 in her younger years. I'm pleasantly surprised by this dirty powdery lady, even though I usually don't wear aldehyde-heavy fragrances myself. Thanks to @FrauKirsche for the sample!

A small note:
Do you not find the term "racy" problematic? I've seen it used by you quite a few times. I don't use it. What do you actually mean by this adjective?
