A basket of fresh laundry under a linden tree swaying in the breeze

Even now, after getting a full bottle of this and having worn the fragrance several times, I'm still on the fence about having it in my collection. This fragrance is so different from what I'm used to, with so many shifts in the scents, that I'm still mesmerized by it. This might be why I got a bottle of it after all...

I'm getting the citrusy floral laundry detergent vibe that many have mentioned before me. It smells soapy, powdery, but also really clean and fresh. There's that bold citrus at the front that reminds me of synthetic laundry detergent product, very fresh and energizing. But there's also that sweetness and that freshness that makes me feel swathed in freshly washed linens (or cottons). It feels soapy, natural and smooth. I'm also getting that linden note, like walking into a grove of linden trees. There's that gentle powdery floral swaying in the wind, with a soft woody undertone that accompanies it. I can also smell a honeyed, creamy, apricot-like accord beneath it all, probably thanks to the broom and vetiver.

I can't pick out the notes seperately, but I do feel like there's a good dose of synthetic ambroxan (one of those rare moments where it doesn't bother me as much) that gives it the sharp clean aspect, while jasmine and heliotrope give it that powdery, almost creamy floral accord. Broom and vetiver convey this feeling of honeyed, slightly spiced apricot warmth in the background. Woody notes are... well, woody, as well as warm and comforting. Linden tree finally rounds everything off with that citric, citrusy and fresh tang.

I'm not an expert in niche fragrances as I've recently started digging in, but I've got to say that I find this fragrance quite unique from what I've smelled up until now. I found myself attracted to my sample and have emptied it, which is why I decided to go for a full bottle in the smallest size possible. It still remains one of the longest lasting citrus scent I have ever smelled.
