Daisy Love Paradise Marc Jacobs 2023

Flower Champagne
For the first time in ages, I bought two fragrances blind because I simply couldn't test them anywhere. "Daisy Love Paradise" is the weaker of the two. It starts off very pleasantly and interestingly with a sparkling fruity-floral note. It smells like a single flower that I don't know. Is it pure iris? I suspect so. The scent evokes the association of champagne with flowers floating in it.
After 10 minutes, the sharpness fades and it becomes a little (piercingly) powdery. But the main note of the fruity champagne flower remains. Perhaps it gets a tiny bit sweeter.
Unfortunately, there is little development; after 15 minutes, the scent is even sweeter and more powdery, and now there is unfortunately a distant resemblance to cleaning products.
After 30 minutes, the piercing powder is gone, and the gentle flower remains, now only with occasional champagne bubbles. More like an afternoon in a blooming garden; that is the best part of the perfume.
Overall, however, there are unfortunately too many weaknesses in between. It will probably be more of a room spray for me.
The bottle is indeed the most beautiful I have ever had, but that doesn’t help much.
