Aventus is also in the air here, but the opening is much spicier and altogether more tart and less fresh (not in a negative sense) than its role model. In the drydown, the Royal is very elegant and exudes clear oldschool Aventus vibes! Smoky, spicy, warm and beautifully smooth on the skin. After 3 hours it's already over and you have to top it up, so H/S is rather lower mid-range, but overall a stylish and masculine fragrance for an autumnal day.

Aventus with a sweet vanilla twist
After my intensive sniffing course I have to confess that I like this Aventus warrior very much.the fragrance opens Aventus like but a bit more intense, sweeter as e.g. also the Nero from Mazzolari.the vanilla comes through timidly...
