(Anti-)Conformist? The only unconventional thing is the name!
Who came up with this name?
Anti = Greek preposition and prefix meaning "against" or "instead of"
Conformity = agreement with the norms of a social, content-related, or ethical context
So what do I expect? A rebellious, extraordinary fragrance with a novel scent DNA, something special and perhaps not too pleasing... However, what I get is a fresh, aquatic, and synthetic scent that feels like a typical designer fragrance for men. I sense a fundamental similarity to "Diesel - Only the Brave." Not a 1:1 similarity, but certainly similar in scent type. However, "Anticonformiste" is somewhat less sweet and particularly in the opening, it is more bitter and green (due to the mint and later on through patchouli). Gradually, Calone comes more to the forefront, making the fragrance increasingly moist and cool. Longevity and sillage are very good.
Conclusion: a conforming, pleasant, and fresh-aquatic summer men's fragrance with good performance, yet an unconventional name. Intentional?
