Cafe Intense or Rose Cafe?

I received a 10ml bottle of "Cafe Intenste by Montale"
from a dear perfume seller as a thank you for my many perfume purchases
Until now, I always gave Montale a wide berth because I was too afraid of synthetics In addition, although I love the scent of roses, it is often too synthetic for me in perfumes or unfortunately rather vintage (which I like less).

Now I was sitting there with my 10ml bottle and was totally excited.
I read "Cafe Intense" and thought to myself: "I love the taste of coffee, could be really great but could also be a synthetic water"...

Full of curiosity, I squirt a splash on the inside of my wrist...

Top note:

1 test: sniff carefully with my nose, but all I smelled was alcohol...

Ok, let's wait and see...

2 Test: This time I got closer and sniffed it and wow...a wonderful coffee note (not black espresso, just normal coffee but nice).

I sprayed another splash, because I have to sniff it out very carefully now, it could possibly be something interesting...

Waiting for the drydown, I was chatting with my partner when a beautiful rose emerged after about 10 minutes.

Another sniff...

Wooow what is that?
A beautiful, bright, fresh, young damask rose.
It really shines.
The most beautiful rose I have ever smelled in a perfume.
Simply gorgeous.

The coffee, on the other hand, fades into the background and lets the rose take center stage.

Another 10 minutes or so later, a very light but beautiful dark chocolate (not listed) emerges, which goes fantastically with the rose and the coffee.

Heart note:

A short time later, the dark chocolate recedes somewhat and the coffee emerges clearly again.

Mr. Coffee now shows himself anew, in a skillful dance, 1 to 1 with Mrs. Rose.

The two dance a beautiful tango together, Mr. Chocolate watches them from close up and applauds
You see, he changes very often at the beginning, which is very interesting.

Base note:

It becomes rounder and softer.
The dark chocolate (not listed) comes out a little more and now they are all sitting there together when, surprisingly, a very light rum note (also not listed) joins in.
Very nice!

Four and very balanced, it then remains.
Here and there, however, the beautiful rose flashes fully every now and then

The only unfortunate thing is that it has its own synthetic note all the time
I think that's a real shame, because without the synthetics it would be practically perfect (not as a coffee fragrance but as an oriental rose coffee)

The sillage is strong. So dose consciously.

The durability is very good, even in the evening (if you spray it on in the morning), it is still there, even if close to the body (with conscious dosing)

Secretly a beautiful, graceful unisex fragrance, which is really something different (because of the fresh, beautiful, young, radiant rose) but there are certainly in the category "coffee / rose", more beautiful or less synthetic fragrances, where the coffee has a little more priority, if you want coffee scents.

It should simply be called Rose Cafe

Summary:
I'm sitting in the Damascus Sea of Flowers, drinking a fresh, hot coffee and eating a piece of dark chocolate filled with rum while spraying a synthetic men's deodorant and the sun shines down on us.
