That was a trip
Phew, so I actually only wanted to write a short statement, but somehow I have a few more words to get rid of.
I sprayed it on today to test it and the scent knocked me out in the olfactory sense at first. I saw stars at first, I tell you.
I don't know what I perceived, but it was a lot and so dense that it took my breath away. In any case, I am very sure that the pepper contributed greatly to this fragrance impression.
I first put the test strip away in shock and dared to try it again about a minute later.
Now I suddenly really liked it and the scent was also much more assorted. Really blatantly fruity. Dark cherry and plum - definitely synthetic, but not in a bad way.
The rose is also beautiful, very delicate and fine. Due to the fruitiness, the whole thing does not drift directly into a standard rose-oud fragrance.
So I would have given the safe at least an 8.5/10 in the fragrance progression section.
In the meantime, I was doing sports and even though I only had it on a test strip, I still really noticed it.
There was nothing on my hands, there must have been a really fine spray on my clothes or something, so projection is pretty intense.
Yes, and then comes the drydown and unfortunately I don't like it at all. Lots of amber, lots of musk and of course still a hint of oud, the note always comes to stay anyway.
It's a personal thing for me, fragrances like this last forever, but unfortunately I don't really like this kind of base.
Conclusion: A rollercoaster of emotions, it was fun, there were nice moments, I don't necessarily need it again.

I would have liked you so much
I got the Khamrah as a gift and right away: I am unfortunately not a fan.
I have a total problem with Akigalawood.
For me, it's a kind of spicy woodiness that reminds me of rotten/moldy wood, but in a very synthetic way. Quite badly...
