Interesting Facts
50 pieces have been made. The bottle is decorated with a fly in homage to the Italian artist Giotto di Bondone. An anecdote says that Giotto once painted a small fly on a work of art of his master Cimabue that looked so real that Cimabue repeatedly tried to shoo it away until he recognized the illusion. Cimabue should then have been of the opinion that Giotto had surpassed him and the fly has become a symbol of artistic progress (Source: Wikipedia).
