Spicy fir...

First of all, I have to say that I am not at all a spicy, woody or green fragrance type. That's why I was quite shocked when I sprayed it on for the first time (after receiving the first sample) Today, a few days later, I thought to myself that it can't be that I ordered it on purpose, sprayed it again and read through the fragrance pyramid.
Mmh I must have mixed something up, I can't have seen this pyramid beforehand, because then I wouldn't have ordered it to test.
Well, it's here now and I'm going to sniff it for a while.
The first spray was also unpleasant and undifinable for me today.
But that subsides quite quickly and I can smell a spicy fir. I think it's the cardamom.
It's like a walk in the forest, not too early, not too late...maybe in the afternoon at medium temperatures. Not too grassy and not in the fall.
With time it gets warmer and warmer and the vanilla and cedar come out for me..
Now I almost like it, at least I find it comforting and cozy. With a dash of fresh herbal fir. For me, the vanilla is becoming more and more intense, which I personally like. Patchouli is there for me throughout.
I couldn't find the bergamot in the opening, actually really nothing defined there, unfortunately only my nose wrinkled. I also don't perceive currant or anything similar at all.
But if you disregard the opening and the fact that I personally just got it wrong here, I don't think the mixture of a spicy, vanilla, warm, aromatic herbal forest is bad at all.
Just not for me.
