Dry powder

I had bought this fragrance, because I love the Nivea fragrance, but find the perfume of Nivea not nearly as beautiful as the cream fragrance. The fragrance notes and reviews sounded great - so ordered and now extensively tested.
My conclusion: unfortunately not the sought Nivea cream fragrance, but rather that of a dry talcum powder. So the name of this perfume hits it perfectly. He should not be a cream fragrance at all, but a powder fragrance. The difference I would have made myself better aware once earlier.

For a more detailed description:
In the first wearing half, I smell definitely dusty-dry iris. Not pungent, but still dry, which is very close for my nose. Then over the next two hours, purely nothing develops. Just talcum iris in dry form. Yes, it smells like baby powder. The emphasis is on powder - dry, dusty. Not like a soft baby cream. So if that's what you're looking for, you'll find it here.

After about two hours, a subtle vanilla then comes through, which warms up the iris a little. The whole fragrance seems smoother overall. Still not creamy, but smooth. The odd orange and sometimes a squeeze of lemon also strays into my nose. It's getting more interesting. The perfume becomes more layered - the dusty dry iris is still dominant, but it's now accompanied by (very) subtle citrus and vanilla notes.

The Damszener rose comes with me unfortunately not at all to the appearance, no rose I do not smell even the next day. What is still there about 24 hours later is a dry dusty powdery iris scent. Now instead of vanilla with ylang ylang, which reminds me a bit of ylang in gold by Micallef because of the sweetness it brings. Of course, without the coconut notes, but the sweetness is strongly reminiscent.

The longevity is super good. Since you notice the quality. Projection also extraordinarily good. Who wants to smell clearly perceptible after "freshly powdered", which has what he is looking for in this pretty flacon.

Until the end pure talcum powder - so the perfume name hits it perfectly. Although unfortunately not my sought-after cream-powder fragrance, but a perfume that more than lives up to its description. For lovers of dry clean fragrances perfectly suitable.
