Interesting and different….
I received a sample of the fragrance with a purchase from the souk.
Upon spraying, I notice a brief citrus opening, followed by a herbal-buttery scent. A bit like margarine. It somewhat reminds me of a medicinal ointment.
Overall, the impression is rather bright, but very creamy. It feels relatively dense, but not very loud. Beneath all the creaminess, there is something rough, unfortunately not further definable.
After about 15 minutes, it becomes noticeably rougher, but also floral.
Conclusion: the base is too weak for me. I briefly detected amber (after about 1 hour) and then it was gone. I don’t know if it’s my nose or my skin.
