Among Ortigia’s offerings, Fico d’India stands out as my favorite and perhaps the only one I’m seriously considering adding to my collection.
This fragrance is a breath of fresh fig, green and sunlit, as if plucked straight from the tree. Floating around it, I sense a citrusy sparkle - bergamot maybe? Or could it be a soft whisper of orange blossom? Whatever it is, it adds a bright shimmer to the fig, lifting it with a light, almost oriental breeze.
It’s simply beautiful. A scent that feels effortless, natural, and luminous, like Sicily in a bottle.
