The Perfume Guy presented the fragrance in a Top 20 Smokiest Fragrances. As I like heavy, smoky fragrances, I wanted to try it out. Searched, found and ordered for around 130€. The package arrived a week later. With a handwritten thank you card for the order, a few more samples and a few sweets
I tested the fragrance immediately.
Tadaaaaa, the disappointment was great. What I smelled was not even close to what The Perfume Guy had described.
I smelled something soft, mild, nothing meaningful. Great, 130€ down the drain.
After a year in the cupboard, I rediscovered the PK Perfumes packaging.
The liquid has darkened considerably. I sprayed it and immediately had a smile on my face. THAT WAS WHAT I WANTED! The scent is dark, smoky, resinous. I smell tobacco, honey, smoke. I think the fragrance is wonderful. It lasts a good 10 hours on me and very few fragrances manage that as I have dry skin. For lovers of dark, smoky fragrances, a very clear purchase recommendation from me! This is my first review, please be kind to me. :)
