A fragrance that tells stories...

Thichila is a masterpiece. There are few fragrances that offer such an extraordinary and exciting experience as this perfectly blended poetic perfume. As soon as I open this bottle, I am drawn in and find myself in the midst of a fairy tale.

The two reviews I read associate the scent more with the night, moonlight, and the shadows of the night, but it reminds me more of a very early expedition into the depths of the Thai jungle.

The opening of Thichila is like a warm sunrise in a Thai jungle, where the sun shines through the dense leaves; the Thai oud stands out VERY strongly at first and is deepened a bit by the light freshness and spiciness of champaka and turmeric.

After a while, some vetiver reveals itself, but the oud remains strongly present. I can hardly smell civet and amber, but through this light undertone, I immediately envision a long-lost ancient temple warmed by the few rays of sunlight.

In the base, a little myrrh and styrax come through, but I can hardly detect the saffron. This gives me the feeling that the expedition has come to an end. Perhaps a pause or the end, but time stands still. On my skin, it remains like this until the end of the journey.

Thichila is more than just a fragrance; it tells a journey that one can expand according to their own imagination. For me, it is this story, and every time I wear it, I think of the unforgettable journey I took in Thailand.

For lovers of oud and exotic scents, Thichila is truly a must-try. Definitely a recommendation!
