Forbidden?
Forbidden is best described here by the sillage! Close to the body is fine, but SO close that I have to stick my wrist to my nose just to smell anything is quite an understatement.
Yet Osmanthus Inderdite is so beautiful. It strongly reminds me of Osmanthus from TDC, but offers an interesting variation. Besides Osmanthus - which I perceive as the only floral accord - there is an accord that reminds me of something:
As a child, I often accompanied my grandfather when he mowed the meadows. I loved the scent of the meadow, both before and after mowing. In the early morning, when all the plants had been cut, it smelled pleasantly fresh and green from the grass cuttings. But when the sun shone on the cut plants all day, in the afternoon it smelled soft, warm, and pleasantly sweet - no longer green, but not yet like hay. With all the flowers that a beautiful wild meadow has to offer.
And this soft, warm "almost hay" scent accompanies the Osmanthus for a long, long time.
The surprising thing: despite the truly extreme closeness to the body, Osmanthus Inderdite really has extraordinary longevity. After 9 hours, the same fine, light, slightly hay-like Osmanthus scent was still noticeable on my skin.
Therefore, a plea: dear perfumers of Parfums d'Empire, please give this scent a better sillage. I promise, then I will get it immediately!

Also die Duftpyramide klingt yummi!
