I recently blind bought a big bottle of this fragrance due to the fact that I am a sucker for Oriental Fougere type fragrances that go in a vanilla-lavender direction. I own 1725 by Histories de Parfums, which has almond in it, so I figured it would be a safe blind buy.
Upon initially smelling from the atomizer or just after spraying, it comes across as a unisex scent. But then upon dry down, the subtle spices and lavender come out and it just becomes more masculine on my skin. I really enjoy this scent. A few people said the jasmine was loud and that initially worried me but it all blends together seamlessly in a smooth, sweet concoction.
I do not regret this purchase at all. I think this could work all year outside of summer days. It has a slight floral edge which I suppose freshens it up a bit and definitely has an airy vibe. I can see the comparisons with Le Male and Luna Rossa Sport.
