I exchanged the scent for Schokololly blind, and I am absolutely thrilled.
After studying the fragrance pyramids for a while, I think I can now explain what I find so wonderful about it.
I seem to generally have a preference for scents with a hint of gardenia (Magnetic, Dali Wild, Rush, Very Hollywood).
I actually don't like pure gardenia, but the skillful composition with other (the right) ingredients radiates something so irresistible for me that I can't quite express it in words.
It is fresh without being citrusy, it is floral-light, perhaps a touch aquatic, and at the same time has an enchanting warmth that carries a hint of sweetness without coming across like cotton candy dipped in fruit syrup....just genius.
If fairies smell, then certainly just like this!
It's a shame that you can hardly find it anywhere anymore. -------------------------

I need to somewhat relativize my impressions and assessments of the scent.
Now I perceive it as very classic. An elegant white floral scent (with a very dominant gardenia) that probably won't resonate much with young ladies today. The composition could be from the 80s or 90s. I like that; after all, it was my childhood.
The bottle is, considering that the scent actually targets a different audience, a complete marketing failure.
Men still like the scent despite the lack of (currently trendy) sweetness. I've been asked several times what smells so good....
