This cut is sharp and modern. Fougère reinvents itself. Rhubarb-like, mint-fresh. Beautiful!

I also perceive this note of rhubarb. At the same time, it’s probably exactly the component that I just can’t tolerate in the long run.

Ooh, now you're making me interested in a Penhaligon's and Fougere... sounds great!

Thanks for the great description!
I'm more than excited!
It's awesome that the top note has been designed differently here.

Fougère, yes, I'm on board with that. But in a different way. A modern interpretation. The rhubarb-like mint freshness dominates the top note and lingers for quite a while.
A bit later, you can clearly pick out the balsam fir, woody notes, and basil. Lavender plays more of a supporting role here. I really like it, but I'm still unsure about the application. And you could probably debate the Fougère aspect for a long time. However, the bottle is undoubtedly an aesthetic enhancement to the world of perfume containers.

That's true. I also find it very modern with its light sweetness, making it easy to wear.
