I know that one!
For the expansion of my collection, I received a sample of Tabac Rouge today. Written in small letters underneath is "Turkish Blend," and of course, I became curious since I come from Turkey myself. Hmm, how does Turkish tobacco smell? I sprayed it on and...
Wrong filling? No, it can't be; it's in the original sample box.
People, the scent is exactly the same for me as Tom Ford's Tobacco Vanille!
I gave it some time, thinking it would change. The sweetness like in TV is also strongly present here and remains, a bit to my disappointment.
I at least hoped that the tobacco would dominate more, as I would have preferred that.
Instead of dried fruits, honey is listed in the fragrance pyramid, but my nose can't distinguish between vanilla, dried fruits, and honey.
As I said, for me, both scents smell the same, both well-made, with very good longevity and sillage.
If you like this direction, then just take the cheaper of the two.
