I ordered Phlur's sample set and Vanilla Skin was my favorite! I wasn't expecting to like it as much as I do, due to the pink pepper note, but I really enjoy it here! It gives the vanilla a little edge that makes it interesting to me. The pepperiness doesn't last long on me, and it dries down to a gorgeous creamy vanilla. Kind of reminiscent of the vanilla in the Victoria's Secret Bare Vanilla body spray. I really enjoy both the EDP and the body spray of vanilla skin, I think the apple comes through more on the EDP, I don't really pick up on it in the body spray.
Longevity is ok (it's a body spray) probably ~3.5 hours on me. When I tried the EDP sample it lasted a lot longer-- I could still smell it after I woke up when I put it on before bed (so like 9 hours).
Overall I really like this fragrance and I'm thinking of buying a bottle of the EDP or the bigger body spray if I finish the little 3oz one I got.
